I don’t understand what’s going on. I’m pretty much hungry non-stop right now. Maybe my body is starting to get pissed off I’m losing weight. I donno. The last few days I’ve been feeling hungry all the time, regardless of how much I have eaten and regardless of how recently.
I had a pretty good sized Taco bowl for lunch an hour ago and I feel like I haven’t eaten all day. It wasn’t a small meal either. 3/4 lb of ground beef, slice of onion, a whole roma tomato, and a bunch of lettuce for extra volume.
It didn’t even make a dent.
I may just try a high calorie day. I’ll stay keto but see what happens to my body if I just stuff it once in a while.
