Guys. Seriously. They weren’t kidding when they said you pee more when you start keto. Between the keto coffee i’m drinking in the morning, and the new diet, I’m peeing all the time.
On the upside, I started this diet on a Sunday and today is Tuesday. I started at 333 lbs and this morning I weighed in at 326.4.
I acknowledge that it’s impossible to lose that much fat in such a short period of time. But at least I’m losing excess water weight and inflammation… which needed to gtfo anyway.
Part of the reason I wanted to try the Keto Diet was I needed to do something that was both drastic and could provide significant short term results. Losing almost 7 lbs in only a couple days is exactly the boost I needed to stay motivated to keep going. I’m stoked!
