Sometimes the Keto Diet doesn’t even feel like a diet.

I love bacon and eggs. No. I LOVE bacon and eggs. Somehow me getting ‘healthy’ requires me to have a hearty breakfast high in fat and protein. How can this even be real?

Breakfast:

  • 4 Eggs (Whole)
  • 2 Strips thick cut bacon
  • 1 slice of onion
  • Some spinach
  • A little salsa

Sometimes scrambled, sometimes as an omelet, I cut up the bacon and fry it. I use the bacon fat to sauté the onions and spinach. The onions and spinach help soak up the bacon grease a l’il so the eggs aren’t too greasy. Once they’re done, I’ll add the eggs and either scramble or take the time to make into an omelet. A couple tablespoons of salsa goes on top. Sometimes I may add cheese or sour cream if i’m in the mood but it’s totally optional.

Fat: 34g
Protein: 37g
Carbs: 9g
